Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility statement is part of a policy that addresses disability in the broadest sense.

We are committed to a policy of equal opportunities for all.

Our business is situated in one of the oldest properties in Denbighshire, and is a listed building. Therefore some of our public rooms and guest rooms are not fully accessible to all. While we try to make any adjustments that will make our rooms more accessible, please note that we do not have a lift in the house to the bedrooms which are all on the first floor, and we have small steps all around the house. Please note that all of our rooms have baths and showers.

All of our African Safari Lodges are ground floor and large enough to take wheelchairs. We can also read our menu to persons with limited visibility. Our staff are willing to offer any kind of assistance that is required. Although we do not offer room service, we live on the premises, and we will always be on hand in case of emergency.

We do all we can to provide all our guests with a personal and caring service, and we try to overcome any barriers that the physical limitations of the property create.
